This Delivery Policy explains how Playlist Packer DJ is supplied after purchase from Playlist Packer (Pty) Ltd.
All prices and refunds are stated in South African rand (ZAR). Playlist Packer is not presently registered as a VAT vendor and no VAT is charged.
1 Digital Delivery Only
Playlist Packer DJ is a digitally delivered software product. No physical disc, USB device, printed material, music file or parcel is shipped, and no physical-delivery charge applies.
2 When Delivery Takes Place
Delivery begins after payment has been successfully processed and verified through PayFast, our payment gateway.
A payment screen, browser response or order notification does not by itself confirm successful payment. Delivery begins only after Playlist Packer receives and verifies a successful payment notification.
We ordinarily send the order confirmation, licence key, download link or access instructions, and relevant installation or activation information within a few minutes after verified payment.
A pending, cancelled, failed, reversed, disputed or unverified payment may delay or prevent delivery until the transaction has been resolved.
Some payments or orders may require manual verification. If you have not received your delivery information within 24 hours after verified payment, please contact support.
Unless the parties agree otherwise, Playlist Packer will execute the order within 30 days after receiving it. If Playlist Packer cannot execute the order within that period, the consumer may cancel on seven days’ written notice, and any payment must be refunded within 30 days after cancellation. If a shorter delivery period is agreed at checkout, that agreement and any applicable statutory remedies remain enforceable.
3 Where Delivery Is Sent
Digital-delivery information is sent to the email address entered during checkout.
The customer should check that the email address is correct before placing the order.
Order confirmations, licence information, download links, verification messages and related service communications may be sent through Brevo, an external email-delivery provider acting on Playlist Packer’s instructions.
Limited delivery records may include the recipient’s email address, message identifier, sending time, and delivery or failure status. We use the order record and available sending, delivery, failure and resend records to investigate whether the licence key and instructions were delivered. A sending record or opening event alone is not treated as conclusive proof that the customer received usable delivery information.
Order information may also be available through the customer’s account on playlistpackerdj.com where that function is enabled.
4 What the Customer Receives
The customer receives, as applicable:
• an order or payment confirmation;
• a Playlist Packer DJ licence key;
• a download link or access instructions for the version or versions of Playlist Packer DJ included in the order; and
• relevant installation, activation and support information.
5 If the Email Does Not Arrive
Check spam, junk and promotions folders for messages from Playlist Packer DJ and confirm that the email address used during checkout was correct.
If the delivery information has not arrived within 24 hours after verified payment, email support@playlistpackerdj.com with your name, order number and purchasing email address.
Do not send passwords or full payment-card or banking details.
After verifying the order, we can resend the delivery information or correct an obvious email-address error.
6 Download, Installation and Activation
The customer must use a compatible computer that meets the system requirements disclosed on the website or during checkout.
Internet access is required to download Playlist Packer DJ and complete initial licence activation.
Ongoing licence validation and any offline-use allowance are governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions and licence terms. Playlist Packer DJ is not designed to perform continuous licence checking during an already-open DJ session.
7 What Is Not Delivered
Playlist Packer DJ is workflow software.
It does not sell, stream, download or deliver songs or other music content.
No music files, music subscription, third-party software licence, USB device or DJ hardware form part of the Playlist Packer DJ purchase.
The customer uses their own lawfully obtained local music files.
Our normal target is to respond to support enquiries within one business day. A response is not a promise that the enquiry or fault will be resolved within that time. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.
